Shipping policy

Business Hours
We operate Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are processed and shipped during these business days only.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Locations
We ship internationally! We have shipped our products all over the world, with little to no issues. Contact us if your location is unavailable.

International Orders
For international orders, please be aware that import duties, VAT, and customs fees are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid when your package arrives.

If You Refuse Delivery
If you refuse delivery due to these fees and the item is returned to us:

  • We will refund the item price only, minus shipping costs and any return/customs fees we paid.
  • If the package is abandoned and not returned to us, no refund will be given.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Free local pickup is available in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area). Select option at checkout!

Estimated Delivery Times

You will receive an estimated delivery date via email through our shipping carrier, which is dependent on your location. We require time to prepare your order prior to shipping as we craft each planter by hand in our Toronto studio. (See processing times above)

Due to Canada’s ongoing postal system disruptions, we rely on third-party carriers to send out your order.  Weather, carrier delays, and customs processing can result in longer delivery times, and is outside of our control.

If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or weather. However, if your package seems to be lost or hasn’t arrived within the expected window, please contact us — we’ll do our best to help.

Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
