Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, but only under certain conditions. Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the owner's discretion.
Accepted reasons may include:
- Items damaged upon arrival
- Issues with craftsmanship or quality
- Receiving the wrong item
Refused Delivery Due to VAT/Duties?
If you refuse delivery because of VAT, duties, or customs fees, we can only issue a refund if the item is returned to us in good condition.
- If the item is returned in good condition, we will refund the item price minus the original shipping cost and any return or customs fees we pay.
- If the item is not returned or is damaged, no refund will be given.

Returns Process
To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the item and the issue.
Return shipping must be tracked and paid by the customer. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll do our best to make it right!
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing your handmade item and cannot guarantee cancellation.
