Q: How do I care for my planter?
A: To keep your planter looking great, avoid prolonged exposure to harsh weather and clean gently with a soft cloth.

Product Authenticity

Q: Are the sports balls authentic?
A: Absolutely. All of our planters are made from real, genuine sports balls purchased from certified retailers — we even keep the receipts as proof of authenticity!

We don’t mess with knockoffs. It’s icky, unethical, and not our style.

Q: Where are you located?
A: We’re proudly based in Toronto, Canada.

Custom & Bulk Orders

Q: Do you accept custom or bulk orders?
A: Yes we do! Visit our Custom Orders page to get started. Just fill out the form, and we’ll get back to you with more information.

Ordering & Payment

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for details.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We process payments safely through Shopify Payments, which acepts major credit cards and digital wallets. We also accept payments through PayPal and Shop!

VAT & Duty Collection

Q: Will I have to pay VAT or import duties on my international order?
A: Yes, international orders may be subject to import taxes, VAT, and customs duties. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid when the package arrives in your country.

Q: What if I refuse to pay the duties or VAT?
A: If you refuse delivery because of these fees, the package may be returned to us or abandoned. Refunds will only be issued if the item is returned in good condition, minus shipping and return fees. If the item is not returned or is damaged, no refund will be given.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping times vary based on your location. All orders ship from Toronto, Canada. You’ll see an estimated delivery window at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.
